What to Expect

You invested in your custom rifle, now it's time to invest in the ammunition to give your rifle its full potential!

All load development will be done with the very best, most modern reloading components available. Each piece of brass will be gone over as if I were preparing for KO2M. This includes primer pocket uniforming, trimming necks, mandreling, and powder loaded to the kernel just to name a few...
You will get a Precision Confirmation Card with every Custom Load Development pictured above for bragging rights.
Every client will also get a Custom Ammunition Sticker with all the details of their Load Development.
CLIENTS WILL PROVIDE ALL OF THEIR OWN COMPONENTS - We can help you allocate them, for a surcharge of 10%.
** We are now charging an additional $125.00 for any rifle with a carbon fiber barrel under 12 lbs.

A paper target with a group at 100 yards will be provided
I'll shoot the rifle/ammo combo at 500 yards to ensure precision at distance
You will get the recipe for the load & muzzle velocity

Ballistic Coefficient Chronograph Testing

A conventional chronograph only measures velocity near the muzzle. The BC Chrono™ System measures both muzzle velocity and the time-of-flight from gun to distant target. An accurate ballistic coefficient requires both measurements. The System 89 makes both measurements and computes the exact BC for your ammo and your gun. The System 89 measures the calibrated ballistic coefficient for each bullet fired. At very long ranges, the shot-to-shot uniformity of the ballistic coefficient becomes even more important than uniform muzzle velocity. Shooters find uniformity of ballistic coefficient and muzzle velocity is more important than simply looking for highest velocity and BC. The System 89 measures the uniformity of both muzzle velocity and ballistic coefficient so that you can select the most accurate loads.
